Leather Patch

Jacron

Leather patches are commonly used for company branding. They can feature a company’s name or logo and be applied to clothing, bags, and various other items. Our leather undergoes a special tanning process that allows it to be washed in water with minimal shrinkage. When properly treated as ours is leather performs at its best.

Jacron has become one of the most popular materials for patches, known for its high resistance, lightweight nature, and affordability compared to other alternatives. Our Jacron is both FSC® and OEKO-TEX® certified, making it a sustainable and animal-free option that appeals to environmentally conscious brands. Its durability ensures long lasting performance, while our unique treatment using secret, proprietary ingredients gives it a distinctive vintage effect that sets our Jacron apart from the rest.

Pu Patch

PU (polyurethane) patches are a popular alternative to genuine leather patches. They are available in a wide range of colors and offer durability, sustainability, and resistance to color bleeding. We ensure the DMF (Dimethylformamide) level in our PU patches remains below 500, meeting high safety standards. Compared to traditional leather, PU has a lower environmental impact, making it an eco-friendlier choice

Recycle Pu Patch

Our Recycled PU is an eco-conscious material composed of 40% recycled post-consumer polyester and 60% polyurethane. This formulation ensures durability and versatility while significantly reducing environmental impact

Vegan Leather Patch (Apple Skin)

Vegan Leather is a next-generation material derived from PU, innovatively processed using apple waste from food production. Our vegan leather is composed of 55% apple fiber and 45% virgin material, making it a truly sustainable, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable alternative to traditional leather. We ensure the DMF (Dimethylformamide) level remains below 500, aligning with strict environmental and safety standards.

Cork Leather Patch

Cork Leather is a renewable and recyclable natural material known for being lightweight and flexible. Sourced from the bark of the cork tree, it offers a vegan and sustainable alternative to traditional animal leather—without compromising on style or performance.

Woven Label

A woven label is a fabric clothing label created directly on a loom, offering exceptional durability and a premium appearance. With its refined hand feel and ability to showcase detailed designs, a woven label not only withstands repeated washing and wear but also helps to elevate brand image and convey quality.

Heat Transfer Label:

Heat transfer labels are used to apply brand logos, size details, and care instructions directly onto garments, while also serving as decorative elements. Our heat transfer labels are made from flexible, soft-touch materials, offering strong adhesive performance and excellent resistance to washing and wear. They provide a clean, tagless finish—ideal for enhancing both comfort and brand presentation.
