Water Based PU/DMF free PU

DMF FREE artificial leather? Is it possible to make it? The answer is YES. REHASH already have Water Based Pu which contains 0 DMF. In WATER BASED PU, water is the medium used to create foamed polyurethane dispersions as the coating material for the underlying fabric, so it is eco-friendly and harmless to the human body. The WATER BASED PU coating material is environmentally friendly. It does not contain any toxic chemicals and is non-flammable. This PU is both soft, breathable and suitable for both men’s & women’s outwears. There is no pollution in the production procedure, no toxic and harmful waste gas and wastewater discharge. It does not contain DMFa, DMFu, o-benzenes, PAHs, APEO, azo, BPA, formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful chemicals. It is strong and environmentally friendly, and truly harmless to the body. It can meet the latest environmental protection standards of the EU/UK and the United States, and meet the maximum environmental protection requirements for synthetic leather at home and abroad.

Cork Leather

Cork Leather made by natural and environmentally friendly material. It biodegrades completely and can be easily recycled without producing any toxic residues. In this leather, there is no animal substances so it’s completely environment friendly.

Microfiber Leather

If you are looking for the alternative option for leather, Microfiber Leather is the best option for alternate original leather. In this leather, there is no pollution from production to use, and the environmental performance is superior.
