Chemical / DMF-Free PU
Rehash uses DMF-free (Dimethylformamide-free) polyurethane that is produced without toxic solvents. This eco-friendly alternative reduces harmful emissions during production, protects workers’ health, and ensures a safer end-product for consumers while maintaining the same softness and durability as conventional PU.
Cork Leather
Cork Leather Made from the renewable bark of cork oak trees. It is naturally water-resistant, lightweight and biodegradable. Harvesting cork does not harm the tree; the bark regenerates every few years, making this a truly regenerative, zero-waste material ideal for fashion accessories.
Vegan Leather
Our plant-based vegan leather offers the look and feel of traditional leather without any animal products. Crafted from sustainable plant fibers and innovative polymers, it provides excellent durability and style while aligning with cruelty-free and low-carbon fashion principles.
Organic Cotton Label
We source GOTS-certified organic cotton for our labels, grown without synthetic pesticides or genetically modified seeds. These labels are gentle on the skin and reflect our commitment to responsible farming and reduced water and chemical usage.
Jacron Patch
Jacron is a high-tech paper material often used for premium jeans labels. It combines a leather-like appearance with full recyclability and is FSC-certified, ensuring the wood pulp comes from responsibly managed forests. Jacron patches are durable, washable and entirely animal-free.
Recycled PU
Our recycled polyurethane is made from post-industrial and post-consumer PU waste, diverting materials from landfills and reducing reliance on virgin fossil resources. This gives a second life to PU products and supports a circular materials economy.
Recycled Polyester Care Label
For garment care labels, we use 100% recycled polyester yarns, typically derived from PET bottles. This process saves energy, reduces plastic waste, and keeps valuable resources in circulation without compromising print clarity or durability.
Paper-Based Accessories
Our paper-based accessories—including hangtags, waist tags, price tags, and barcode stickers—are available with FSC® certification, ensuring they are sourced from responsibly managed forests and recycled materials.
